Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any NuKowd product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including those on free trials and paid subscriptions.
2. Description of Service
NuKowd is a SaaS platform providing a catalog of AI-powered micro-tools designed for creative professionals, including screenwriters, game developers, agency owners, and founders. Each tool uses the Claude AI API to transform inputs — documents, briefs, ideas, transcripts — into production-ready outputs in seconds.
Tools are offered as individual subscriptions or bundled by category. A limited free trial is available for select bundles at account creation. Specialized tools are available by individual subscription only.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize NuKowd to charge your payment method each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your access to that product or bundle ends.
- No refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused generations, or accidental renewals. If you have a billing dispute, contact us at support@nukowd.com.
- When your access ends: If your subscription ends or your free trial expires, we keep your saved work for 30 days and then delete it. You can export it during that time without a subscription, and if your access is restored before then nothing is deleted. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
- Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Payment processing: Payments are processed by Stripe or, if you choose to pay with PayPal, by PayPal. NuKowd does not store your card details.
4. Free Trial
New users may activate a 3-day free trial for one eligible bundle. Trials include up to 3 AI generations per product within the selected bundle. Specialized products are excluded from trials. No credit card is required to start a trial. Trials are non-transferable and limited to one per account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use NuKowd only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
- Use the platform to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
- Resell, sublicense, or offer NuKowd outputs as part of a competing AI generation service without our written permission.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI prompts or system architecture.
- Abuse the generation system through automated requests, bulk generation beyond normal professional use, or actions intended to circumvent usage limits.
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access your subscription.
NuKowd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
Your outputs: You own the content you generate using NuKowd tools. Subject to your compliance with these terms, NuKowd grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute your generated outputs for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.
Your inputs: You retain ownership of any documents, text, or materials you submit to NuKowd tools. By submitting content, you grant NuKowd a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.
The platform: NuKowd owns all rights to the platform, product interfaces, underlying prompts, software, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of NuKowd intellectual property to you.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
NuKowd tools use large language models to generate content. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or errors. All outputs should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use in legal, financial, medical, or other high-stakes contexts. NuKowd does not warrant that generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuKowd and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
NuKowd's total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Modifications to the Service
NuKowd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
