What it does
AI Shot Breakdown — Claude analyzes your scene and generates a professional shot list with wide, close-up, POV, OTS, and more, with camera movement and subject action for each shot
Video Generation — each shot is sent to Seedance 2.0 to generate a cinematic 5-second video clip; multiple shots generate in parallel so your full sequence is ready in minutes
Character Consistency — define your characters with physical descriptions before generation; Claude injects those descriptions into every shot prompt that features them
Editable Prompts — review and edit every shot prompt before generating video; adjust camera angles, timing, or visual style on any individual shot before committing
Scene Library — every sequence you generate is saved; reload past sequences, duplicate and rework them, or regenerate individual shots that did not land
Download Your Sequence — download individual shots or your entire sequence as MP4 files for pitch decks, director presentations, or production planning
PART OF THE SCREENWRITING SUITE
Scene Forge previsualizes scenes from anywhere in the Suite.
Scene Forge stands on its own — paste any scene and get a full shot sequence with real video clips in one pass. It also pairs naturally with the rest of the Screenwriting Suite: format a scene in VoiceDraft first, sharpen it in Scene Fix, or carry character descriptions over from Character Dossier for consistent faces across every shot.
VoiceDraft
Draft or dictate a scene there, then paste it in here for a shot sequence.
Scene Fix
Fix a scene there first, then previsualize the sharpened version.
Character Dossier
Copy physical descriptions from there into your character notes here, for consistent faces across every shot.
How It Works
From scene to shot sequence in four steps.
Paste The Scene
Screenplay format, action lines, dialogue — any level of polish.
Add Characters (Optional)
Physical descriptions keep everyone visually consistent across every shot.
Pick Style & Aspect Ratio
One of six visual styles and one of four aspect ratios — one click each.
Review, Edit & Generate
Adjust any shot prompt, then generate real video clips for the full sequence.
The Style System
Six genres. Six visual languages.
Pick a style chip and the entire shot breakdown speaks that genre's grammar — the angles, the light, the movement. One click changes how the whole scene is seen.
Film Noir
High contrast, deep shadow, expressionist angles, practical sources.
Thriller
Tight compositions, shallow depth of field, motivated camera movement.
Western
Wide establishing shots, dusty natural light, close-ups on hands and eyes.
Horror
Low angles, negative space, obscured subjects, available light.
Sci-Fi
Wide-angle lenses, clinical light, emphasis on environment scale.
Action
Dynamic angles, motivated handheld movement, high energy framing.

What scene format works best?
Standard screenplay format — scene heading, action lines, and dialogue. Even a rough typed description produces a usable shot list. The more visual detail you include, the more specific the shots.
How long does video generation take?
Each shot takes 60–120 seconds. An 8-shot sequence is typically complete in under 15 minutes. Shots generate in parallel and appear as they finish — you watch the sequence build in real time.
What resolution are the generated clips?
Resolution depends on your plan — 480p on Indie up to 1440p-SR on Prestige. All tiers generate real video clips you can download as MP4.
